When you create or update an account, we collect:
We also store a refresh token so you can stay signed in, and the list of users you block.
With your permission, the App uses your device location to show nearby shops. We may store coordinates on your account and on business profiles. Place search sends the text you type to Google Maps so we can suggest addresses and cities. You can turn off location permission in your device settings; nearby-shop features will then be limited.
If you create a shop, vendor, manufacturer, worker, or association profile, we collect the details you enter, which may include the business or person name, phone number, address, city, state, pincode, description, opening hours, speciality, skills, experience, images, and ratings or reviews other users leave.
If you list jewellery products, stock, or shop events, we store the names, descriptions, prices, images, and other details you submit, along with wishlists and reviews.
If you use the social features, we store posts, comments, reactions, stories, highlights, and follows. You can set your account to public or private. If you report a user, we store your account, the reported account, and the reason you give.
If you post a jewellery job or a connect job, we store the title, type, company, location, description, requirements, budget or pay, skills, and your account. If you apply, we store the phone number, email, city, state, about text, education, work experience, skills, projects, cover letter, and resume file you submit, and the status of that application. Resume files may be shared with the person who posted the job.
Messages you send in chat, including text and photos or other media, are stored so the people in that conversation can read them. We also store who has seen a message and whether a conversation is archived or blocked.
If you allow notifications, we store an Expo push token for your device so we can send alerts about messages, jobs, events, and other activity in the App.
If you subscribe to a plan, we store the plan name, price, any discount or coupon code, start and end dates, whether the subscription is active, and a payment status. The App does not collect card numbers, UPI IDs, or bank account details.
If you submit an association complaint, we store the title, description, your name and role, and the status of the complaint. If you send in-app feedback, we store a description and a type such as bug, feedback, feature request, or other.
On your device, the App keeps your sign-in tokens and a copy of posts and jobs you save, so those features work without asking the server every time.
With your permission, the App uses your camera and photo library for profile pictures, posts, product listings, and chat media. You can deny those permissions in your device settings.
We use the information above to:
We use service providers to run the App. They process information only to provide their service to us:
We do not sell your personal information.
Information you post in a public area of the App, such as a public profile, post, product, or job, can be seen by other users according to that feature’s settings. A private account limits who can see your social content. Job applications, including your resume and contact details, are available to the account that posted the job. Chat messages are visible to the people in that conversation.
We may also share information:
We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the App, meet legal duties, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms. You can delete your account in the App or by emailing admin@tenzertech.com. Deletion removes your account and associated posts, chats, and uploaded files that the App stores for you. Some records may be kept where the law requires it, including safety reports and records we must preserve for investigations.
We use administrative and technical safeguards, including hashed passwords, to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Indiyoura is a business network and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect account information from children. We have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation. How to report a concern, and how we handle those reports, is described in our Child Safety Standards. You can also email admin@tenzertech.com.
The App may link to websites or services we do not control, including maps. This policy does not cover those sites.
We may update this policy by posting a new version on this page and changing the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
